My fellow Canadians, if you missed it last night, Sunday Punch is now a Finalist in the CBC Short Film Face Off! You can view the film and the entire episode here. And remember to tune in on Saturday Sept 27th @7pm to vote! The three finalist films will be replayed and immediately following the show voting will open for a 24hr period where all of Canada can vote, by phone or online, on their favorite heartwarming film. The film with the most votes will be awarded $45,000.00 in production financing towards the winning director's next short film.
Voters can vote up to five times from the same IP address and five times from the same phone number. That's a total of ten votes per person. If you have the time...why not? Voting is restricted to Canada only. So if you're outside the country I'm sorry but you can still enjoy the film. Just get in touch and I can send you a link that'll work in your territory.
The winning film will be announced on the final episode October 4th at 7pm. Tune in and see the results of your efforts!
